Grapes are left on the vine until they are overripe and dried up and then hand-picked. Aged in French and American barriques for 12 months. Intense ruby red colour with purple reflections. Rich and persistent bouquet with hints of cherry jam, figs and a spicy note. Naturally sweet, smooth taste with honey sensations well balanced by a good acidity.
