REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Thank you for shopping with us.
We take pride in our wine collection and do our best to ensure that every bottle you receive is in top condition. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are very rare, but if you receive a bottle that is out of condition, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to make it right for you.
If you do need to return a bottle, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive the returned bottle, we will inspect the condition of the wine.
If it is out of condition we will refund the purchase price in full.
If your order arrives and you find that one or more bottles have been broken in transit, please let us know within 1 day of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or for a refund to be issued, whichever you prefer.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for bottles that have been opened or consumed unless the wine is out of condition.
