Grapes are left to overripen on the vine for approximately 15 days, hence the name “Tardo” (late). Pale straw yellow with light golden glints. Marked aromas of of mixed exotix fruit with pleasant hints of pepper and geranium flowers. Well balanced and flavoursome on the palate with a fruity finish.
