Primary tank ageing following soft press. The wine remains in tanks to age until the following spring. After creating this cuvee the wine is bottled ready for the secondry fermentation. Bright pale straw yellow and a delicate, persistent perlage. Fragrant and floral hints with delicate aromas of leavened dough and small mountain flowers.
