Crushed grapes are left to macerate for a few hours for a low extraction of colour. Secondary fermentation in bottle ageing in contact with the lees for at least 36 months. Bright pink colour of peach flowers and a prominent, persitant perlage. Elegant aromas with the fruity characterof blackcurrants and raspberry as well as gentile hint of dog-rose.
